• Experience in US IT Recruitment.• In depth understanding of Recruitment Life cycle.• Involved in full cycle Recruitment involving sourcing, identifying, and interviewing, screening and placing personnel in quick turnaround time in contract, contract with hire and permanent positions• Excellent knowledge of recruiting and hiring processes including sourcing, screening, reference checking, scheduling interviews, tracking, salary negotiations, and closing candidates that can help actualize corporate missions etc.• Dealing with consultants on H1B, GC and CITIZEN, etc. Negotiating the rates on various modes of engagements like Full time, Corp-to- Corp, W2 and 1099 basis.• Exposed to various technology based requirements and consultants.• Experience working with MSP (IQN), Direct Clients(Apex, Impetus)
