Current• Created, modified, deleted Users and computer profiles in AD, Office 365.• Professionally responded clients over the phone as well as via mail and given them an excellent service.• Assigned and removed primary users and device in SCCM. Transferred data via USMT.• Made sure user got his complete Licenses, software, and security update through SCCM. Provided client support remotely through RDP, PTEST, Remote control viewer.• Given them a support with Install and Fix SCCM Client and Server, Acrobat Reader, SAP 760 and 770, Office, Nitro Pro, OneDrive, etc.• Installed switches and patches cables to patch panels.• Added/ Removed users from the groups also given Shared Mailbox service.• Updated user profile in service now for documentation.• Download and Installed Applications via Software Center as well as Manual and Push Applications through Configuration Manager.
