• Involved in full life cycle of recruiting including ad placement, source, recruit, interview, & assess technical and interpersonal skills for potential employment.• Good hands on experience into sourcing strategies like Referral Generation, Direct Sourcing, Networking, Mass Mailing so as to reach out to a maximum qualified pool of candidates• Trained and assist new hires/fresher’s with recruitment basics, use of Job Portals, screening resumes/qualified candidates from different job portals (Monster, CareerBuilder, Dice, Job Diva etc.).• Working with Direct clients like Verizon, Nokia, NTT Data Services (Formerly Dell Services), Toyota Financial Services, Toyota Motors North America, JC Penney, Mr. Cooper (Formerly known as Nationstar Mortgage), Fidelity National Financials and federal clients like State of Texas, Iowa and Arkansas.• Negotiate terms of employment including contract terms, salary, benefits, & relocation issues and conduct reference & background checks.• Responsible for applicant sourcing, screening, and coordination of face-to-face interviews, telephone interviews, interview scheduling, coordination of feedback and processing offer letters.• Screening and short-listing profiles, scheduling for tests/interviews, conducting preliminary interviews to ensure fitments• Following up the offers made to the clients till the final joining of the candidates and periodic evaluation• Market and place candidates with various IT and NON-IT backgrounds.
