Recruiting Accounting/Finance.In close partnership with the HR Managers, drive the candidate offer process, make salary recommendations & manage negotiations and close candidates.Partner with Recruiting Manager.Sourcing, qualifying, interviewing, and closing candidates for multiple clients.Supporting several teams throughout the U.S to develop and maintain candidate flow.Pre-Screening candidates and conducting professional telephone interviews.Scheduling candidates to face-to-face interviews.Updating candidate files within the ATS and created and maintained internal and external reports.Evaluates applicants by discussing job requirements and applicant qualifications with managers; interviewing applicants on consistent set of qualifications.Followed up with clients to evaluate temp employee performance and client satisfaction.
