Architect Planner by profession, Utkarsh graduated from NIT Bhopal as an Architect, after which he pursued his masters degree in Urban and Regional Planning with a specialization in Housing Planning from CEPT University, Ahmedabad.Utkarsh has worked as a Real Estate Analyst at Black Olive Ventures in Noida where he was involved in Valuations and Corporate Finance. Later, he worked as a Consultant in Real Estate Research & Consulting vertical at PropEquity in Gurgaon where he was involved in white paper research, product development and feasibility study for eminent developers. He has also worked as an Associate in Strategic Advisory & Valuations at ANAROCK. His areas of interests include Real Estate, Research, Consulting, Feasibility study, Advisory, Valuations, Analysis, Construction Finance, Project Appraisal, Housing Planning, Urban Planning, Architecture, and Interior Design.Besides his professional conduct he also enjoys travelling, playing musical instruments and writing poetry during his leisure time.
