Direct, Manage and Develop full-scale project plans and associated communications documents for internal and external clients from scrap to finishLiaise with project participants and all project Stack Holders on an ongoing basisDetermine and assess need for additional staff and/or consultants and make the appropriate recruitments if necessary during project cycleSet and continually manage project expectations with team members and other stakeholdersDelegate tasks and responsibilities to appropriate personnel.
