Developing Sony Liv Smart TV and Web applications in React.Revamping the current Sony Liv- Smart TV application in React from Scratch.Leading a team of 7 React developers. Owning the codebase of Sony Liv - Smart TV App.I am involved in: • Building a high-performance spatial navigation system. • Optimizing every component by Profiling it using React Profiler, Chrome Devtools Performance Profiler etc. Using memoization, grid virtualization, and lazy loading techniques for optimization. • Mostly keeping an eye on Devtools Performance Profiler for improving long tasks, minimizing Painting and heap usage, and Lighthouse for web vitals like CLS, and INP(very important). Also constantly monitoring the rise in CPU usage, DOM Nodes, Event Listeners, and Heap usage in Performance monitor of dev tools. • Optimising initial load by chunking js files and reducing initial payload sizes. • Writing Unit test cases right after writing components. Using React testing Library & Jest. Added husky for pre-commit validations. • Production bug monitoring is done on internal tools and Sentry. Integrated Sentry and GA in the project. • Jenkins is used for pre-prod and production deployment. Currently in the discussion of automating the deployment process for smooth testing and building final IPK and WGT files for OEMs. Working with real-time problems with the high-user demand app. Catering solutions for all possible low-end devices. Building this app made me a better senior software engineer.

Working as a React Expert in a Product-based company.• Enhancing user experience on the buyer and seller side of housing.com. • Iteratively improving the feedback and report system of the main website.• I improved user interactions and feedback inputs by more than 275% per day on the search page.• Properties verification process was under my ownership. We've created a feature to automate the verification process without any human requirement. • Feature has capabilities to capture good-quality photos of properties and asks owners to be present at the property so that live location can be verified.• Image processing, quality validation, optimized uploading, and chunking were implemented.• Javascript Camera API, Geo Location API, Canvas manipulation, Opencv, AWS S3, Sass, Emotion/js, React js, Redux, and Webpack were used. Service workers for complete offline experience, along with background sync for offline conversions. • Jenkins pipelines for CI/CD integrations with Github, and Docker images were used for deployment. Argo CD and ELK Stack are used for log monitoring.
