CurrentAs a Faculty Head, I am responsible for overseeing the academic activities of the department or college. I ensure that the faculty members are delivering high-quality instruction to students and staying current with the latest research and developments in their field. I also collaborate with other faculty members to develop new curricula, design courses, and evaluate the effectiveness of current programs. Additionally, I work closely with administrators to manage department budgets, plan staffing needs, and recruit new faculty members. I am committed to fostering a positive and inclusive learning environment that encourages intellectual curiosity, critical thinking, and academic excellence.
