Prior to Rolls Royce , he was spearheading HR for International Entities of Mahindra in Japan , Turkey , France , USA & South East Asia. Had handled 4 different portfolios in 7 years within Mahindra included HRBP for F&A and IT functions , Sales HRBP , Country HRBP . His targeted interventions had brought significant drops in Attrition , steep hikes in Engagement Score while improving productivity.
