Creative Director
Current- Drive the creative department of the agency, in terms of cracking campaigns and leading new business strategy- Maintain stringent quality checks on all content being churned out by the creative department- Crack and present proactive campaign ideas to the clients- Work with the Marktech team to pitch new tech innovations to the client- Understand and solve business problems of the client with creative and marketing efforts- Recruit and mentor young guns in the art and science of digital advertising
