* I continue to work full-time in the “Project Engineer” department of the R&D department of the Ege Fren factory.* After providing the project candidacy, I became the only interlocutor of the customers for the PPAP processes. The customers were BMC, Paccar-DAF, Ford, MAN, Magna, Meritor and SCANIA.* I managed APQP teams as a leader and developed and controlled the entire project-plan lifecycle from the kick-off process to preparing the projects for serial condition and I was responsible for the submission of the PPAP presentation and the production of the PPAP samples.* I was responsible internally for identifying and managing project risks, organizing kickoff meetings, preparing timing plan of projects, reviewing gateways, and listing lessons learned (LLs). On the customer side, I was responsible for fulfilling their requests, managing meetings with the client and completing and managing part revisions.
