I am responsible for management of Maintanence-Repair-Overhaul (MRO) projects for aircraft (T700) and aeroderivative (LM2500) engines. I communicate with customers for precisification of their requirements and distribute them to technical teams. I collaborate with all stakeholders to fulfill project goals.

Communicate with, guide, and coach production-related teams to increase and sustain their awareness about Vaillant Production System (Lean manufacturing)

Leading plant-wide projects including digital plant (industry 4.0) transformation projects, increasing efficiency of procedures, supporting and assisting toplant manager for the daily workload.

Team Management: Disciplinary manager of 3 white collarsProject Planning & Management:- Management of new product development projects and innovative projects in cooperation with other teams like purchasing, quality, manufacturing etc. - Estimation of time plan and CAPEX and OPEX budgets according to customer demands- Preparation of project, design, and product FMEAs, standard operation sheets for production, creating bill of materials (BOM)- Designation of necessary documents and tests for approval of new or changed parts and following up part approval process.- Creation of material and product technical specificationsProduct Development:- Handling and completing multiple engineering change requests over SAP and PLM.- Participation to problem solving processes, creating Ishikawa diagrams, designating short- and long-term solutions- Monitoring service reports and failure analysis and Pareto diagrams in order to find out which function should be updated or renewed.- Following up 8D reports.Intellectual Property:- Patent drafting and filing, prior art searching, patent portfolio management, monitoring of competitor patents- Supporting trademark issues- Providing trainings for employees. R&D Center Activities:- Getting contact with government, universities, and other companies as representative of company and R&D.- Monitoring R&D Incentives- Preparation of applications to national and international project calls (Horizon, TUBITAK, EUREKA etc.)Internal ISO 9001&14001 Auditor:- Preparation and control of required documents.- Preparation risk and opportunity analysis for processes
