Utku is a seasoned hospitality IT professional with over 30 years of experience in hotel IT management, Citrix infrastructure architecture, and Hyper-V administration. He holds the CXD-310 Citrix Expert certification and has extensive knowledge of various hotel IT systems and platforms.As the managing partner of ITSUPPORTX, he provides IT support and solutions for hotels and resorts, helping them improve their IT performance, security, and efficiency. He is also the director of IT for MHP Hotel AG, where he oversees the Citrix infrastructure for nine hotels in Germany and Austria. He has successfully completed six hotel openings and 11 hotel transitions in five different countries, working with renowned hotel brands such as Kempinski, InterContinental, Four Seasons, and Starwood. He is passionate about delivering high-quality IT services that enhance the guest experience and optimize the hotel operations.
