• Manage the entire LAN and WAN – liaise with local and external vendors to support telecommunication systems.• Raise requisitions for any service from vendor and have periodic review meetings with vendors to track/resolve issues.• Provide maintenance and support for IT solutions to ensure performance and reliability, work with local and external partners to improve the maturity and reliability of the services.• Analyse and define IT infrastructure needs & Identify service and technology improvements.• Being part of Extranet BNG project,which aims to offer customer end to end solution to become a retail ISP. The solution covers traffic handover, authentication, authorization, accounting management, regulation requirements, quota management.• Design, implementation, installation and maintenance of Core Network Devices(BNG-AAA-PCRF) and VM Servers(Linux/Windows) and optimizing network accordingly.• Installation, administration and troubleshooting of UNIX/Linux servers and planning scheduled activities on these servers.• Keeping IP backbone up&running all the time without any problem, and solve network/system related problems as soon as possible.• Administration of network monitoring tools like Cacti, PRTG, Nagios etc. in Network Operation Center.• Implementing and Handling ISP related BTK requirements/regulations.

• Monitoring and Troubleshooting Level1, Level2 network problems including entire VFNET - ISG Voice and Mobile IP/MPLS, Voice and Mobile (PS Core) Network• Monitoring and Troubleshooting any problem which occured at L2/L3 Mpls vpn, switch rings (Huawei /Cisco /Juniper) or VFNET ISG Network for Fixed Network.• CPN (Core GSR routers, 76xx, aggregation routers, 65xx core switches, edge switches, Access Points etc.) and take necessary actions to resolve the problem on a 7 day, 24 hour basis, solving tickets which are created by local users and engineers. • Perform tests after configuration management activities has been done in either CPN or any other domain that effects CPN. Cooperating with the other technical groups (Data Serv. Operation PS-CS Core, Transmission, VAS, RAN etc.) and supply them ip-support.• Management of SGSN&GGSN devices. When success rate of GGSN, SGSN and M120 was decreased, immediate action, testing the performance and finding impact analysis on cacti or related device.• Immediate action and testing the performance of 2G-3G-4G voice, signaling, management, internet& data traffic on IP/MPLS backbone, with the help of transmission team on DWDM and SDH systems.• Communicate / coordinate with third parties to escalate/ manage problems related to their systems.• Using troubleshooting tools such as (IBM Tivoli, Packet Design, Proviso).
