Building on 11 years of experience in road and driving safety, and 5 years in an manager role at a market-leading company, I founded my own business and continue to provide services under my own brand. We operate in the areas of driver training, consultancy, and organizing test drive events for automotive brands, all built upon the principle of sustainability.

- Managing role on 10-member academy which is road&traffic safety department of Intercity Group Company based in Intercity Istanbul Park. - Considers operational efficiency and profitability in terms of company KPIs,- Designs customised trainings for corporate groups and instutions, - Supervises all the trainings given by instructor team to maintain the service quality,- Responsible for all driving activities at Intercity Istanbul Park,- Manages the projects within the scope of tailormade event designing, pricing and execution,- Supporting role on sales&marketing strategies as a content creator for media assets.- Manages Health&Safety, COVID-19 and sustainability operations of the Formula 1 Turkish GP. Projects; - Led accreditation process of Intercity Istanbul Park to be an official driver training center of "Ford of Europe".- Run, "Groupama Driving Academy" project which is a collaboration with Groupama.- Executed, "Intercity Academy Online’’ project intended for online traning needs due to COVID-19 pandemic,- Conducted, "Intercity Vehicle Tracking" project combining driver efficiency, driving safety and vehicle tracking.
