I am a master’s student, majoring Food Industry: Management and Marketing in The University of Hong Kong (HKU). I majored in Food and Nutritional Science in HKU as well during my undergraduate study. I received a full tuition scholarship for the entire 4-year study in HKU and currently strive to continuously improving my entrepreneurial skills through workshops.Currently, I am working as a part-timer in Studtors Technologies in developing laboratory and in-class teaching materials and in Mindful Sparks as a part-timer while previously, I have also worked in Frisian Flag Indonesia to oversee the production of sweetened condensed milk (SCM) from production to packaging and prior to this, I have also partaken in two research labs in campus in regard to sample preparation within the scope of Human Nutrition and Food Safety. I have also been doing volunteer activities outside campus by sharing Indonesian culture to Hong Kong (HK)'s secondary school students. I am quick at learning & adapting in new environments, capable in human managing and taking initiative in projects. Other major achievements that I have been granted was being delegated for Indonesia, commemorating their diplomatic relationship anniversary with Japan in the form of formal gatherings, study tour, homestay with local Japanese family, and connecting with other Indonesian students from all around the archipelago.
