Humans are fascinating creatures, there are many types of humans, as well as humans who differ in dealing with an application. So far, when designing sometimes we just think about whether the flow is going well or not.But beyond that, there's a lot to consider. A simple example is from an emotional point of view, I often find people angry at their cellphones because they have trouble with the complicated flow of the application they are using. The clutter can be due to irregular flow, too many clicks needed, unclear directions, to disturbing colors that don't contrast, making them uncomfortable.I believe things like this should also be considered when we are designing a product. Understanding these human emotions comes from my sociology background and empathy for both individuals and cultural groups.
