Current• Inspect gaming establishments to ensure that all state gaming regulations/procedures are in place and correctly practiced to protect both customers and gaming operators. • Investigate disputes, complaints and discrepancies to ensure detection, arrest and prosecution of violators of all state gaming laws and regulations.• Regulate slot machines, table games and other gaming equipment to ensure compliance with all Mississippi Gaming Commission regulations including revoked software, maintenance logs, dealing techniques, drop routes and other procedures.• Prepare official reports and records, which include documentation of all activities and/or incidents for utilization by local and state District Attorney Offices for prosecution. Make arrests and attend court trials and hearings to ensure prosecution. • Process and issue gaming work permits in accordance with Mississippi Gaming laws and regulations through interviewing, fingerprinting and proper background investigation.
