• Active involvement in recruitment by reviewing job descriptions, posting and sourcing, CV shortlisting, communicating applicants and managing the hiring process.• Recruited to help open a new unit of 650 workers guiding the start‑up and management of a full spectrum of HR operations and programs. • Entering and updating all the employee personnel information on the HRIS database for payroll and other uses.• Maintaining and updating electronic and hard copy personnel record systems containing all employment-related information.• Preparing employee’s payroll within the 3rd working day of every month.• Preparing various HR reports including absent report, attendance summary report, turnover report and providing several HR information to higher management.• Preparing all kinds of letters such as Appointment letter, Confirmation letter, Promotion letter and maintaining Disciplinary procedure and all kind of bills.
