His field of expertise in the domain of IT has been as an Solution architect and Product designer. He has idea-ted and architect-ed various Software solutions while in Gazelle in the fields of Forecasting & Demand Management, Education and the latest being in process Automations. As an Innovator, his latest innovations had been on dynamic QR codes, with which various unique solutions in the domains of Supply Chain had already been launched for various industries.. One of his solution is currently being implemented for Coca-Cola globally, for which a patent is pending..As a Business leader, Utpal has in-depth exposure to Business Development, Strategy, Negotiations & Contracts Management functions apart from being successful in New business set-up, Strategy planning, Resource Augmentation, Operational Management through conclusive review mechanism all with an eye to optimize Cost to Revenue and ROIs.
