I specialise in advising start-ups and Venture Capital Funds on legal issues, particularly pertaining to funding including transactions involving Seed Funding, bridge rounds, Series A, Series B, and other funding transactions. My work involves providing assistance in negotiations, reviewing and drafting transaction documents, advising clients on general corporate aspects of operations in India including acquisition strategies and compliance and employment issues, and conducting due diligence for domestic as well as cross-border transactions.In my over 13 years of work experience, I have advised several domestic and international clients on a range of direct and international tax issues, including tax planning, tax structuring, strategic foreign investment in India, outbound investments from India, and matters involving international tax treaties.I am an active member of the Supreme Court Bar Association, Delhi High Court Bar Association, and the Income Tax Appellate Tribunal Bar Association.
