ResponsibilitiesPrimary client liaison for all operations, support, and other regional issues.Manage the prompt closure of assignments, projects, issues, initiatives, etc. assigned to the operations team. Create and update procedures and policy documentation for meeting support, contact lists, reservations, troubleshooting and escalation.Directly manage and oversee the execution of all high-level meeting support and Executive Board (ExB) / Managing Director (MD) hosted meetings, web casts, multimedia events and Town Hall productions.Coordinate activities necessary to ensure 100% auditoria and broadcast facility readiness including system testing, web cast production links, rehearsals, reservation confirmations, in-room set-up, etc.Develop and support Global Media Services operations staff (30) via proactive human resource management, training and coaching.Conduct status meetings for day-to-day operations, projects and high-level meetings.Maintain continuous client relationships (via phone and email) with updates on all client issues, ongoing projects, conferences, meetings, etc.Contribute to the departmental strategy planning documentation process. Report status of initiatives and projects to management.Challenge the efficient use of resources, and always seeking to improve operational efficiencies while mitigating exposure to reputation risk.
