Responsible of defining and executing exhaustive serial testing criteria for rolling stock products that are eight hundred 12000 HP electric locomotives, being manufactured at one of the biggest greenfield industrial facility in Madhepura, Bihar.Compiling with project’s QCD (Quality, Cost, Delivery) commitments, managing functional budget/work package worth 800 Million INR, defining and Implementing manpower requirement, Methods & Tools, Industrial CAPEX (capital expenditure) / Infrastructure facilities and Industrial processes, as part of Commissioning operations management. Reporting the same through defined KPI formats to the senior management of the Project as well as Sites. Ensuring efficient and transparent interface with Engineering, Supply chain, Quality and procurement Teams in upstream processes including participating in various design review gates and Testing operations / Warranty / Service teams in downstream processes. Key responsibilities of managing Definition and agreement of clear and exhaustive Train Acceptance Criteria with Customer (Internal Validation Team & RDSO/ Indian Railways). Responsible for managing technical deliverables i.e. test plans and procedures, test schedule, technical documents delivery planning, acceptance criteria, jigs and special tools, test reports, associated workload organization, based on contractual and design technical requirements. Worked as a Site Test Engineer at Alstom Hydro R&D India Ltd.Job Profile:•As a site test engineer, I was in-charge of designing measurement schemes and performing measurements on hydro power plants. This includes testing of hydraulic, mechanical or electrical components and could be requested for contractual, R&D or diagnostic purpose. Other responsibilities were establishment of the test procedure in cooperation with the project office, the design office, the R&D department and the site installation department, to define the appropriate methods and techniques of measurement; to design proper instrumentation setup, to complete the database of experimental results, to perform continuous technology watch in order to improve the dedicated instruments, computer tools and methods related to measurements. •Responsible for procurement of all testing instruments required for site tests and also specific high end equipment dedicated to particular project for every new site testing projects. This also includes preparation of required specification, vendor search, technical and commercial comparison etc.•Development of automated processing tools [codes] on VB script based specific software development platform for post-processing of site test data for different projects. •Responsible for performing specialized instrumentation experiments (R&D) and also for the development/standardization of some instrumentation facilities supporting actual R&D activities of the Hydro turbine testing laboratory (GTC-Baroda, Alstom).

•Worked in AHEC (Alternate Hydro Energy Center), IIT-Roorkee for one and half years to complete my research / dissertation work in a Renewable ministry of India sponsored project named “Hydro turbine model testing and R&D Laboratory Development”. Title of research work was “Measurement and Calibration systems for Hydro turbine testing and R&D Laboratory”. Played an important role in designing complete instrumentation system and Lab VIEW based computer controlled (SCADA) system for a newly introduced calibration system of turbine testing rig , including required technical procurement coordination.
