As a Program Manager at Turtlemint, I introduce and implement the Agile-Scrum framework to the teams, resolving blockers and dependencies across the organization. I also design and customize various dashboards and reports using JIRA and Google tools to monitor and track the team's performance and progress.Prior to that, I worked as an Associate Consultant at Infosys, where I was a functional consultant for ServiceNow implementation in ITBM module. I also worked on enhancements of ITSM module as per client's requirements.I have a Master of Business Administration degree in ITBM from SCIT - Symbiosis Centre For Information Technology, where I participated in various events and challenges, such as TEDxSIUHinjewadi and NEC.
