It's Utsav here who is devoted to become a pastry and bakery chef. Learned the very basic points of the industry at the college named Indian Institute of Hotel management, kolkata. After having the Industrial Training at Sheraton Hyderabad Hotel I again chose this hotel for Job Training to work with an excellent Pastry chef. In the tenure of my OJT I learned to layer pastries, finishing 3 layer cakes. I had actively taken part in planning the daily buffet. Supervising the banquet was one of my daily tasks. Preparing and take caring of the À la carte desserts was also one of my jobs. Maintain cleaning at the department was one of the prior do to list for everyday. It was a wonderful experience to work with the Pastry Chef Mr. Daya Joshi. I recently joined Aurika Coorg, Luxury by Lemon Tree as Guest Service Associate (commis iii) in confectionery.
