Utsav started as a shift manager at a 3 Million Ton / Year plant and grew in rank to Senior Manager Operation. Utsav has managed large teams of over 100 on-payroll people and has end to end exposure in Plant operations including inbound and outbound rail & road logistics. After a significant experience in plant operations, Utsav moved laterally to the role of Senior Supply Executive and was responsible for procurement of spares and services, Inventory Management, vendor management and cost optimization for a 5.5 Million Ton per Annum facility with an annual spend base of ₹ 120 Cr and holding an inventory of ₹ 12 Cr. Utsav has a good understanding of both ends of the business value chain - Operations and Marketing & Sales. Utsav has a fairly good understanding of finance.
