My journey in professional world has been marked by a relentless pursuit of excellence and a drive to become successful.With a proven track record of introducing skiing and online hotel booking platform in Nepal, I thrive on hardworking, team leading, project management and driving innovation. I'm committed to continuous learning and constantly seeking opportunities to grow and contribute meaningfully.In my roles, I've had the privilege of leading a tech startup called hotel and home as a co-founder and ceo where we were able to develop web and mobile app partnering with more than 500 hotels and homestay of Nepal. This company is dedicated to change and shape hotel industry of Nepal in coming years. Besides that i am also working in adventure industry of nepal with a ski and snowboarding foundation nepal and ski guides nepal treks and expeditions where we were able to install first ski lift of Nepal in kalinchowk and bring ski resort in map of nepal. We also brought more than 1000 nepalese in skiing. We had created a powerful impact in ski and snowboard scene of Nepal. This experience has strengthened my ability to lead the organization, communication, national and international networking, hard work, and reinforced my belief in the power of never giving up mindset.I am known for my leadership, honesty, hard-work and strong determination which has enabled me to become wiser and better person everyday. I thrive in collaborative environments, where I can leverage the diverse perspectives of my colleagues to achieve common goals.Outside of work, I'm traveller and party lover. I also like to read books and write my own songs. I love astrophysics and exploration of universe.I'm passionate about edge cutting technology, social entrepreneurship and innovation.
