I am currently pursuing my M.Tech in Mechanical Engineering at IIT Bombay, after graduating with a B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering from KNIT, Sultanpur. My research, under the guidance of Professor Amber Shrivastava, focuses on Hybrid Laser Welding (a combination of laser and MIG welding) for joining dissimilar materials. We are working on optimizing process parameters to achieve defect-free, high-quality joints through mathematical modeling and experimentation, using the double heat source model and finite element analysis.I have practical experience in developing and analyzing simulations and conducting experiments on the Hybrid Laser Arc Welding (HLAW) setup in the AMPL Lab.Additionally, I have industry experience as a Subject Matter Expert in Physics and Mechanical Engineering at Vaidik Eduservices Pvt Ltd, where I assisted students by answering 3k+ questions, preparing 10+ textbook solutions, and reviewing academic content. I have been freelancing with Chegg India and Bartleby Technologies as a SME in Mechanical Engineering and Physics where I have solved the live questions posted by the students across the globe and cleared their doubts about the subject.I have also gained hands-on experience through vocational training at a thermal power plant NTPC NabiNagar, exploring power generation components and operations.Key coursework in my M.Tech includes Solid-State Joining, Finite Element Methods, Processing of Aerospace Materials, Liquid Matterial Processing , Machining Processes, CNC programming, Additive Manufacturing, Reliability Analysis and Statistical Design of Experiment.
