~ Leading the CSR actions as CSR Manager at HTS/Calderys South West Asia, reporting to Chairman Imerys India and Vice President HTS SWA. Responsible for 1: Expanding the horizon of SD/CSR from short-term charities to integrating it into the business processes. Alignment with group SustainAgility program.2: Bringing India on the global map by enabling success in Imerys Sustainable Development Challenge under several categories (Environment management, climate change, community relations, diversity & inclusion, fair operating practices and responsible purchasing). 3: Coordinating the activities of Calderys social welfare trust, CSR arm of Imerys entities of India, and compliance with the CSR law.Other experiences include - merger & acquisition (3 cases), social audit (SA 8000 & SMETA Pillar 4), sustainable waste management, recycling, responsible supply chain, and environmental sustainability.
