- Enhancing the stability of current architecture by fixing memory leaks, upgrading Node.js version & code optimisations- Fixed issue of stray TCP sockets, by adding connect and idle timeouts to boost performance- Debugging choking issues around WebSockets so as to scale up the number of concurrent sessions

- Leading a team of 5 people; guiding them perform best from first day till they become independent module owners- Working with a motto of quick deliverables with prime focus on strong development cycle to reduce testing iterations- Helping out in recruitment by taking interviews and Ruby/RoR training for new joinees
