Drafted and prosecuted patent and design applications before the Indian Patent and Design Office, EPO, USPTO and various other jurisdictions. Advised on patent litigation strategies and drafted plaints and written statements for litigation proceedings. Major litigations include matters involving Standard Essential Patents relating to mobile communications technology.
