I am a Subject Matter Expert for Tivoli Netcool for multiple accounts. My responsibility is to provide fool proof solution for the issues faced by my clients to help their business.

I am currently involved in two projects related to pro-active monitoring of Networks for a major telecom client of hp in Belgium. Project 1: Alarm Management using IBM Netcool Tivoli SuiteResponsibilities: • Analysis of requirements to identify the alarms that needs to be handled by Netcool.• Design the flow and aspects of alarm presentation.• Installation of the required probe and modules, if needed.• Development of Netcool rules files to handle the alarm.Project 2: Network Model build for Service Impact AnalysisResponsibilities:• Requirement gathering and functional analysis, which involves interaction with end customer to understand the requirement and provide a high level estimation.• Solution Design. • Effort Estimation.• Development of the solution.• Requirement tracking and Delegation.

With Infosys Technologies, I was involved in a project for Alarm Management using IBM Tivoli Netcool for a telecom giant in the UK.My responsibilities as a Senior Associate Consultant Includes:-- I had bottom line responsibility to track delivery of a Project right from its initiation to completion with appropriate effort estimation and delegation of tasks-- Designing the solution for a requirement-- Breaking the task into Iterations as the project was executed in Agile methodology-- To organize and co-ordinate scrum calls for proper tracking of the various requirements in the project.
