The customer will typically be extremely dissatisfied or have the potential to be dissatisfied with a Cisco product and/or services prior to my involvement.• I am in Customer facing role working as face of Cisco Engineering team. My prime role is Critical Customer Escalation handling and make customer success which in results make Cisco’s business deal successful. I was leading validation effort of Gigamon security product based on Broadcom Trident+, Trident2 and Cavium Octeon II and Octeon III chipset-based platform.• Handling DPI, Metadata Data, Netflow/IPFIX validation. • Owned Deep Packet Inspection, Metadata validation and SIEM integration.
