I'm passionate about creating equitable, people-oriented, and resilient spaces.Over the past 10 years, I’ve worked in architecture, urban policy research, advocacy, urban planning, and design projects. My experience working on inclusive planning practices in Mumbai, with women’s rights organizations, disability advocates, and marginalized communities has made me realize the need for a multi-faceted approach spanning research, policy, design, and advocacy to tackle these issues. Throughout my tenure at multinational firms, I managed projects focused on social equity and community engagement. Additionally, my involvement in initiatives outside of work led me to collaborate with mobility justice advocacy groups, imparting valuable lessons on the significance of empathy in urban practice. Presently, I am dedicated to merging my longstanding passion for storytelling with urban planning.I’m excited to continue working at the intersection of research, design & policy; while using visual storytelling as a medium to convey complex ideas.
