CMAP was acquired by oneZero Financial Systems in April 2013. At CMAP, my mission was to oversee efficient and steady growth of the company while attempting to attain 100% customer satisfaction. I was responsible for management of internal operations, customer support, and policy implementation. CMAP provided enterprise-level software solutions to brokerages and liquidity providers that offer margin trading products.

Supply chain manager for the company's three distinct brands, Force Factor, Peak Life, and Stages of Beauty. I was responsible for the relationship management between vendors and clients, freight arrangements between manufacturers and fulfillment centers, contract negotiations, project management for new initiatives, and other ad hoc duties as required. As in any small business, I also carried various responsibilities such as IT, VoIP, credit card merchant processing, financial reporting, invoice approvals, implementing improvements to operational efficiency, and organizational planning.
