In 2020 Seesam merged with Compensa and I was offered a position in the merged company to work with the insurance online store and the recently developed self-service portal. The merger also necessitated to expand my daily responsibilities to e-commerce project management and involvement in various IT projects for different departments in the company.

I managed multi-channel digital marketing campaigns using Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and email marketing, optimizing spend and driving lead generation. I also oversaw four insurance-related blogs, delivering consistent, optimized content to increase traffic and engagement.

Company also has a department which is responsible for providing its business clients with fresh coffee beans, reliable coffee machines and great service. I worked in this department. My main duties were to set up coffee machines for new clients, consult clients and fix technical problems on the spot. Occasionally had to set up high end water dispensers, make deliveries and take part in product presentations for new clients. This job gave me the chance to meet many different businesses in the capital and its region, take part in unforgettable events, sharpen my communication skills and learn more about the coffee industry.

Started working as an expeditor for a company named Kafijas Automāti LV. My main duties were to service and maintain coffee vending machines in Vidzeme region. The same year I started working for the company it was acquired by Eden Spring Latvia. New duties were entrusted to me and later I was involved in the process of creating a new regional department.

At the time I was interning for the company two major industry related exhibitions took place in Kipsala, Riga. Main duties assigned to me was to help plan and organize the showroom for two different events totaling six full exhibition days where I had the chance to represent the company to visitors and gather contacts.
