CurrentAs a QA Test Lead at Minkville (MISSCALLPAY), I apply my expertise to ensure the quality and performance of UPI 123 PAY software solutions. I have 6.5+ years of experience in software testing/Technical Support across various domains.I have a strong ability to Test plan ,generate test scenarios, write and execute test cases, and collect test data based on the SRS documents. I am familiar with all phases of SDLC and STLC, and I use various testing techniques and tools to identify and report bugs. I also have experience in IVR testing, web application testing, mobile application testing, Load testing and UAT testing. I am passionate about learning new concepts and technologies, and I aim to deliver high-quality software products that meet the client's/users expectations and requirements.
