As Chief Software Architect, Ulrike was responsible for the concept, design and technology of Intershop’s enterprise offering from its inception, to the initial roll-out and multiple follow-on releases. Intershop Communications AG is a leading independent provider of ecommerce solutions. Intershop offers high-performance packaged software for internet sales, complemented by all necessary services. Around the globe more than 300 enterprise customers, including HP, BMW, Bosch, and Deutsche Telekom run Intershop solutions.

Launched the first eCommerce web sites for BOSCH power tools, Haefele and others. Also worked on document management software for NeXT and NeXTStep.

Developed and managed MaxonCAD, an entry level CAD program for Windows and Amiga.
