Manage inbound activities of Mechanical BOP and raw material at Addverb.Responsible for sending the material to vendors for processes like Zn, Ni-Cr plating, hardening, grinding, anodinzing, powder coating etc.Thorough knowledge of SAP Business One and our own house WMS.Executing GRN and IQC of the received material within TAT so as to reduce the production loss.Fully responsible for the providing the material to IQC for the inspection of parts.Manage the inventory of mechanical components at Addverb right from receiving the material to issuing it to the user at production line.Streamlining the processes in stores, for example, doing cycle count quarterly to reduce the gaps and achieve the accuracy between physical stock and SAP stock.Clear understanding of inventory management such as goods receipt, goods issue, invoices verification, stock transfer, postings, physical inventory, cycle count.Maintain standards like 5S, KAIZEN of health and safety, hygiene and security in the work environment.Maintain data of the received material and also ensure to share the invoices with accounts for timely payment.Produce regular reports and statistics on a daily, weekly and monthly basis
