Conducted site assessments on retail fuel sites, focusing on the monitoring and remediation of contaminated land/sites, including due diligence (Phase I) assessments.Duties included groundwater, soil and air sampling, and the management of subcontractor activies including in-situ remediation and monitoring well network installations. Assisted extensively in the drafting of proposals and tenders, site assessment reports, interpretive/closure letters, and the design and drawing of site layouts and other maps through CAD.Served as the lead in the alignment of the department to the norms and standards of a leading, multinational petroleum industry client. This included the establishment of the required tendering, HSE, site assessment, reporting and site closure processes.
