Project Cooperation ChinaThe BMW Brilliance Automotive Ltd. joint venture was initially established to sell premium cars in China, the largest single market in the world. The JV was technically enabled by IT to manage production and development in China.• Management of external consultants in the areas of hacking analysis and SIEM• Harmonize the cloud strategy of the JV in CN with glob al BMW AG strategy• Project lead for Financial control of the cost center including forecast, quarterly acceptances and year-end controlling• International exchange with developers and project colleagues from China and South Africa.• Evaluation of the joint venture's business development and implementation of value-added services• Conceptual design and implementation of a tool-based project management system using KPIs, which reduced effort to a minimum and increased transparency within portfolio management. Successful implementation for four working streams, which use it to manage and implement around 50 projects per year.

Creation, coordination and execution of test cases for quality control.
