I work as Director in the international tax group of Grant Thornton in Stockholm, responsible for handling the tax part of transactions for private equity and corporate buyers and sellers, coordinating and delivering local and cross border tax due diligence, tax efficient structuring as well as SPA advice.

I was head of the Transaction Tax Practice of EY Sweden between November 2008 and September 2014. The Group consisted of 18 people, handling a vast number of transactions for both private equity and corporate buyers and sellers, coordinating and delivering local and cross border tax due diligence and assisting with tax efficient structuring of deals, tax modelling as well as performing tax due diligence in connection with IPO's. In addition, I have been working with internal tax quality reviews and was COO for the business area Tax in 2012/2013.
