I graduated studying Accounting and Financial Management (AFM) with a Finance Specialization at the University of Waterloo. I have worked a variety of front-office trading roles and am currently working at CIBC as a commodities trader. I would consider myself as an adaptable, accountable and highly driven individual. Having a strong self-taught technical background in computer science, I hope to combine my passion for the financial markets with the skills that I have honed throughout my work and academic career in order to truly add value to those I work with.My life philosophy is: "Do not walk where the path may lead, but instead, walk where there is no path and leave a trail". Through my personal beliefs and values, I aspire to become someone who can not only help others pave their own paths, but to also help them become who they want to be.
