CurrentI define and drive the UX strategy for the A/NZ region, aligned with our GTM strategic product vision and business goals, across our enormous portfolio of HR, credit, fraud protection and identity management product segments. This includes B2B commercial and direct to consumer products used by the big four banks, lenders, auction houses, dealerships, superannuation providers, insurance firms and more, not to mention millions of everyday Australians.I create, implement and govern user-centered (customer centered) design principles and end-to-end design process for the region, spanning planning and ideation, discovery, definition, development, deployment and post-launch evaluation / monitoring. I continually work across executive, GM and senior leadership levels, cross-functional teams and squads, to achieve buy-in and maintain this.I’ve established and matured design team processes that broke down silos, enabling and empowering my UX Researchers and Senior UI Experience Designers to collaborate more effectively across regions and cross-functional teams, maximizing efficiency, while nurturing their professional development and growth as highly visible, rising stars in the business.My vision is to expand the richness of our services through viable, delightfully intuitive, innovative experiences that exceed all customer success measures (UX design OKRs) to keep Equifax the undisputed market leader in data.
