As a Product Lead, I joined the team to navigate the journey from ground zero to beta launch, playing a key role in shaping our initial developments into a functional and impactful product. I revamped the Information Architecture to drive increased active users and sign-ups. Oversaw the rebranding initiative, introduced a new patterns library, and provided strategic options for revenue growth. Helped with a substantial reduction in monthly costs for the long run. Managed and led both the development team and designer, moderated usability studies, and served as the liaison for the AI team to build machine learning features that accelerated connections within the platform. Created a roadmap for future initiatives and currently leveraging my expertise as an advisor.
