In this fixed engagement I helped Think Twice conceive a modernized landing page for their e-commerce and knowledge center website.I drove current-state analysis, user testing, wireframes, and hi-fi design. Wireframes for updated flows tested at +80% task completion and -100% reported confusion, and modular hifi components can be reused and rearranged endlessly as they experiment to drive metrics on the three stated goals for their sites.

During a one-year FTE stint at this Enterprise company, I focused on one of their platform's products that delivered admin services to group leaders. I drove a UI-only reskin of several acquisitions, I wireframed, tested, and sold the product team on a plan to merge six siloed products into a single tool to enhance their reach and scalability, I contributed to the internal style guide, and I audited production design system components for accessibility, all while building relationships across many departments and delivering bug fix and new feature designs as surfaced by the Product team.

In this fixed engagement, I coached 6 brilliant scholar-interns on design, presentation, and working professionalism through 1:1s, group work, and leading workshops during a 5-week summer internship collaboration between SMASH Rising and Nautilus Biotechnology.I led workshops in pivotal work-related skills, fostered relationships with key company partners at SMASH and Nautilus, managed on site logistics for the scholar-interns, and led 130+ SMASH Rising staff and scholar-interns nationwide in GV Design Sprint and basic Figma training before going onsite with the Nautilus pod.

I spent a week helping the city staff an early drop-off location for mail in ballots.Prompted by an offhand comment from one voter, I conceived and executed a signage redistribution plan that netted +400% ballot drop offs vs the incumbent plan we were given.

I consulted on an 8-week fixed engagement to prepare mission-critical interactive prototypes for a fashion marketplace product ahead of their scheduled launch event.I also created frameworks to track JTBD and a backlog of fast-follow v2 improvements for a future PM to run with.

With a 3-person consulting team, we helped a gen-AI company attack 2 goals: 1) increase daily users, and 2) decrease usability complaints.We created a style guide and restructured the native app's information architecture and navigation display.1) Daily users: up 4000%2) Usability complaints: down 100%The founder was then able to exit and sell the core technology, and thanked me personally for my implementation notes on the designs.
