Individually developed and implemented a research based literacy intervention program for adults with developmental disabilities in a group setting while ensuring that individual attention is given for supplemental support. The aim of this research project was to help increase literacy levels of participants and provide KW habilitation with a more interactive and engaging literacy program. This research advocated for a call to research into effective literacy programs for adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities.
