Here are my four reasons why I I love UX Design. I will say that these four reasons are lessons that I've learned from other great UX/UI Designers before me. We are a community. We as designers need one another. It's like a sacred warrior band of knights, but better. 1. Design is what makes this world tick. Without it, we wouldn't have much of anything that we do today. From designed service lines in airports, and pump and pay POS systems in gas stations to smart phones and high-tech gadgetry. I think like a designer. I know what makes the world tick. 2. I treat design as I do my children. To be taught through leadership, nurtured, cared for, but most of all loved. If you have no love for your work then you have no drive. Without that drive you can't be a great leader, and no one wants the blind leading the blind. As a designer, I have that drive. 3. Things in this universe, more specifically this planet, fascinate me. I enjoy knowing how things work, and then making them better, easier to understand. 4. I love people. I would not be designing today if it wasn't for the passion I have to make every day life better for people. If it wasn't for the people and their thoughts, motives, and opinions, there would be no design. Which would in fact make all of this completely pointless. However we do have people and they need our help. People are what drive that passion.
