I decided to use a single developer with the necessary skills to develop apps. As an effect of this decision, I had in my duty to supervise the complex process of developing, testing and releasing application into Google market. This solution decreases the costs of apps production by 50% and decreases the involvement of zlecenie.eu dev team to minimum give the team time to implement new features of the web product.- Design of the new schedule feature for forwarders witch increase effectiveness of work and reduce the chance of mistakes to a minimum by visualizing trucks paths and job order.
