Social Media and Digital Marketing

Facilitate and organize professional screening events that take place at the James Bridges Theater to ensure event success and maintain positive client relationships.

Strengthened creative direction and organization of social media campaign development. Created Instagram posts (Canva), tweets, and edited short form video content (iMovie and Final Cut Pro) to elevate the voices of storytellers who deserve platforms.

Designed the front-page content of the newspaper to increase readership and improve readability, honing Adobe InDesign skills. Worked closely with editorial teams in fast-paced publishing environment.

Collaborated with a group of six students on a 10-week long project called Glia, a web app and digital journal for documenting daily gratitude. Spearheaded initiatives involving user research, UX/UI design, brand identity, typography, and graphic design to create a pleasing, intuitive experience. Used Figma!

Managed front desk and receptionist area and greeted clients with excellent customer service. Resolved customer problems and concerns by phone and in-person to maintain positive customer relationships. Comfortably used computer-based customer service system to manage appointments and process payments promptly and accurately.
