Digital Strategy:• Understanding consumer trends & holistic industry movement by leadingAnnual Brand Plan of total Consumer Electronics category• Identify client goals/objectives and lead the development of strategies and tactics against those KPIs for current campaigns.• Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and digital marketing best practices.2. Team Leadership:• Lead and nurture ll team members (Planning & Performance) by providing guidance and support in the daily execution of digital campaigns.• Foster a collaborative and innovative work environment.• Oversee hiring, training, and performance evaluations of team members.3. Client and Stakeholder Management:• Strengthen stakeholders management skills (both with clients and internal stakeholders within Publicis Groupe)• Present digital strategies, results, and recommendations to clients or senior management.4. Analysis & Forecast• Forecast, develop and manage digital marketing budgets to ensure efficient allocation of resources to achieve maximum ROI.• Analysis Digital performance by leveraging Adobe, Tableau to draw out strategy• Provide regular financial reports and analysis to demonstrate the impact of digital initiatives.• Handling retainer budget planning based on FTE model.

- Research clients' products, services, plans, competitors and target markets- Meet clients for briefings and present proposals to clients for approval- Brief colleagues, and work with them to plan and implement the best advertising solutions for the client- Ensure that projects are completed on time - Meeting clients to discuss strategy and report on progress- Responding to clients' requests as they arise- Taking part in pitches for new contracts- Keeping records and handling invoices.- Administration tasks that will help to keep campaigns well-managed and organised
